Description
Time to relax with epsom salts! Epsom salt, also known as Epsom salts or magnesium sulfate, is a chemical compound made up of components such as magnesium, sulfur and oxygen. It is very similar to table salt and is often used in baths, so you probably know it as bath salt.
Although it resembles table salt, the taste is completely different. Epsom salt is bitter and indigestible. When the magnesium sulfate in epsom salt is absorbed through the skin, such as in a bath, it removes toxins from the body. It also calms the nervous system, reduces swelling, relaxes muscles, is a natural emollient and removes dead skin cells. And did we mention it's cheap.
Application
Epsom salt can be used :
- In relaxation. Say goodbye to stress and add two cups of Epsom salt to a warm bath and relax and let your muscles relax.
- To remove dead skin cells. Rub a few filled hands of epsom salt over your wet skin, and let it remove the dead skin cells. Mix with almond oil to cleanse your skin cells even more deeply.
